While reading a steamy romance novel in the Laundromat, Hannah is distracted by the sound of a loose coin rattling around in one of her dryers. Retrieving the misplaced quarter, she drops; it rolls across the room, rescued by a hunky guy in a fireman’s T-shirt. While said hunky guy tries to return the coin, and flirt with Hannah, she notices the wedding ring on his left hand. Put off by such a blatant pick-up, Hannah gives him the cold shoulder and leaves him in a cloud of contempt.
Realizing, too late, he is still wearing the wedding ring his psychologist brother convinced him to wear for an experiment, he is stunned. Hoping he hasn’t lost all chance with this woman who instantly intrigued him, he sets out to prove the wedding ring wasn’t his. If that were his only problem with Hannah, it would be one thing, but Hannah is not interested in commitment, while Mason is sure she’s the one.
Well, he will just have to convince her, won’t he? If the only way he can do that is in bed, then so be it! He will give it his all.
